Recline

Privacy

Recline keeps as little about you as it can to work: it has no ads, doesn't sell or share your data, and doesn't track you across other sites.

What Recline keeps

What Recline doesn't keep

Services Recline talks to

To show and play titles, Recline contacts, on your behalf:

These requests carry what's needed to find a title (its name or ID), not who you are. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Recline runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver them. Recline's own logs record the addresses of pages and requests, never your logins.

Your device

Recline saves some things in your browser so it's fast: title details, posters and your last place in the app. Settings → Clear saved details removes them. This is the browser's own storage, not cookies for tracking.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete account removes your account, passkeys, sources, profiles, progress, Trakt connection, feedback and your synced lists, right away. A shared copy of a list that other accounts don't use expires within 60 days.

Removing a source or a passkey in Settings deletes just that.

Children

Recline isn't meant for children under 13, and doesn't knowingly keep data about them.

Changes and questions

If this page changes in a way that matters, Recline will say so in the app. Questions? Send a note from Settings → Feedback.
